Now, back to the Vienna autumn guide. Some of the spots are pretty well known, some of them are my secret tip. The weather forecast for tomorrow is pretty nice, so go outside, enjoy!!

1. Schönbrunn

The Schönbrunn park is beautiful right now, there are so many alleys, tunnels, all covered in this autumn-y colors, you will love it. This particular tunnel from the picture is a 5 minutes walk from the Hietzing entry in the park. We went there last week and it was yellow, now it should probably be orange ;)

2. Setagaya Park

Another park, but this time very hidden, small and oh so charming. Last week the trees were red, i hope they´ll last like these for a few more days. The Japanese garden is beautiful both in autumn and spring. (you can also find it in my Vienna spring guide)

3. Kunst Haus

Every tourist knows Hundertwasserhaus, but not many visit Kunst Haus. It is also built by Hunderwasser and it´s a 5 minute walk away from the famous building. There is a nice café and a museum. I recommend going there in the afternoon, it is even more charming with all the lights in the trees.

4. WUK

It has this London vibe all over. The leaves are still green right now, so i would wait 10 more days or so ;)

This picture here is from last year.

5. Maria Theresien Kaserne

Another secret spot. It is not central but worth the visit, if you want to take some nice pitures. But that´s all, only a big wall covered in red ivy.

6. Courtyard at Haas&Haas tea shop

Right behind the Haas&Haas Tee& Spezialitäten shop, there is a nice courtyard with a tiny tunel and lots of fall vibes. You´ll love it. Just to have an idea, the place is right behind St Stephen´s Cathedral.

7. Kleines Café

And last, but not least, we have the lovely square in front of Kleines Café. Around it there are so many hidden courtyards. I will just walk around and get lost, you´ll find beautiful spots.

All places are free of charges and they should be still be red/yellow (except the WUK place, soon red too)

And, because i always love inside tips, here 2 more (close to Vienna)

  •  Franzlbauer pumpkin patch (i haven´t been here yet, but we´ll maybe have time next week. It´s open until the end of the month. My insta friend @ingwervanille recommended it to me, thanks Svetlana ;)
  • Apple orchad (they closed it last Sunday, but it´s good to know for next year)

Now, tell me, which are your favorites?

Wishing you a nice last week of sweet October and good luck with the Cluse giveaway!!

love,

i
