Atelier Nespresso at the Vienna Film Festival
I love movies and everything around them. I think if i had to live again, i would probably be a film director, or a fashion designer, a doctor or maybe even a pilot, lol! Let´s just stick with the film director for now ;) So imagine how surprised i was when i saw John Carroll Lynch, the director of Lucky or Stefan Ruzowitzky, who won an Oscar for his Film The Counterfeiters. We even had dinner at the same table, say whaaaat?? Of course i was to shy to ask them for a picture together, but let´s forget that, shall we? ;)
As you might already seen in our vlog, we got this cool invitation for the Nespresso Atelier. Apart from a fancy dinner, i didn´t really know what to expect. Besides, the location was also kept secret for a long time.
They chose the Film District and i have to say, i was impressed, i didn´t even know there was such thing in Vienna. So, they couldn´t have chosen better for the Viennale.
The evening was very nice, we started with a warm welcome, then each of us joined a workshop, there were 3 of them, but my favorite was the latte art one, of course. I made a tulip!! Yay, with a little help from the barista (well, he literally hold my had, if you want me to be honest, but does that count? lol). Also, funny fact, the barista is my favorite in town, he makes the best latte art.
And, the most important part, we know know why our latte art didn´t turn out that well (watch the video here, if you haven´t). We didn´t set the right milk temperature....
The evening ended with a fancy dinner prepared by gourmet chefs Hubert Wallner and Thorsten Probost. I´ve always wanted to sit on a long table, beautifully arranged with lots of flowers and candles and this one was pretty much it ;) Well done Nespresso, well done!
